I was two years late to find out about this artist. Especially his Double Disc release, Based On [Disc 1] A True Dream [Disc 2]. All I can say is that I love the songs from him because of the sound. His sound really reminds me of the 90s. The alternative sound with the Pop vocals. Involving nothing but a guitar and a piano. I love that. I just love 90's music and Steve Kopandy reminds me so much of it. He's one of the singers that are ahead of their time. Too bad he couldn't have released this album in 1997. One of his songs could've been a one-hit. Played on the radio by the now (extinct) Radio DJs and community stations.Ahh, those were the days. Too young to remember them but I appreciate them. His Two-Disc album, Based On A True Dream, is a collection of 18-tracks reflecting songs from the adventures of the world. From Japan, Latin America, Europe, Canada, Australia, and the US.
